While Repeat While Fading: Pinoy Rock Biographs by yours truly is currently being negotiated to be placed in select major outlets (sorry, paperwork!), please visit the following places in the meantime. Q.C. folks will find these places relatively easy to find.
1. Bound Bookshop [Scout Castor corner Tomas Morato]. On Morato, get off near the corner of Roces Avenue, where McDonald's and 7-Eleven are. Cross to the other side. You won't regret a visit here, because there's an awesome mix of previously owned books and new titles. Throw in some indie music and indie films for sale as well. They serve brewed coffee, they have free unlimited wi-fi, and they're freaking open 'til midnight! So, after you've partied, go there and, yeah. Get the book. (My first book,
Vocalese: Poems, is available there, too.)
2. Pinoy Penguin Studio [Kamias Road corner Kalayaan]. From EDSA, drive down Kamias and get off before you hit the Caltex. It's to your right. There's a Bride and Groom Shop downstairs. Enter the gate. Go up to the third floor. Ask Doc Randy, our dentist-cum-studio-guy, for
Repeat While Fading: Pinoy Rock Biographs. While you're at it, if you have a band, rehearse there. He has great amps.
Okay. I'll post another batch of outlets once the books have been delivered. We're looking at some places near U.P. Also, if you're into free weekend gigs, go to the must-attend event of this month: I am Party: Meiday! Meiday! Turns One Fucking Year. It's happening Saturday, February 7, 2009, at Cubao X. Poppy & Plume Publishing will sell the book at the venue (thanks, Mei!). The Purplechickens are playing, too.

You could also e-mail repeat_while_fading@yahoo.com or aldus.santos@gmail.com for direct orders. Meet-ups can be arranged, I guess.
